1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Alpha Gorilla Trading website, products, software tools, subscriptions, educational services, customer support, and related offerings.

Alpha Gorilla Trading is operated by POLARIZ TECHNOLOGY, a sole proprietorship registered in Malaysia.

By purchasing, subscribing to, accessing, or using our products and services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the relevant services.

2. Products and Services

Alpha Gorilla Trading provides trading-related technology and educational services, which may include:

• Alpha Gorilla Masterpiece TradingView indicators.
• Technical analysis tools.
• Online trading education and training sessions.
• Customer support and community access.
• Educational market analysis and resources.
• Trading-related technology products.
• Future AI tools and trading signal services.
• Partner and referral programs governed by separate applicable terms.

The availability, functionality, pricing, and features of products may change.

Alpha Gorilla Trading does not guarantee:

• Profitable trades.
• A particular win rate.
• Consistent returns.
• Accuracy of every trading signal.
• Successful market predictions.
• Protection against trading losses.

Past performance, backtesting, historical results, and illustrative examples do not guarantee future results.

5. Indicator Subscription and Access

Customers may purchase subscriptions or access packages for Alpha Gorilla trading indicators and related tools. Available packages may include monthly, multi-month, yearly, and lifetime access.

The applicable price, duration, features, activation conditions, and renewal arrangements will be communicated before purchase.

Lifetime access, where offered, refers to access under the applicable product's lifetime plan, subject to product availability, platform dependencies, and the terms disclosed at purchase. It does not guarantee that third-party platforms or technologies will operate indefinitely.

6. Payment Terms

Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment gateways and card payment providers. Customers must provide accurate billing information and ensure that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Product access may be activated after successful payment verification and completion of applicable registration requirements.

Where a recurring subscription is offered, the renewal frequency, price, cancellation method, and any automatic billing arrangements must be clearly disclosed and accepted before purchase.

Alpha Gorilla Trading is not responsible for independent payment provider outages, although we will take reasonable steps to assist with payment-related enquiries.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All indicator subscription purchases are generally non-refundable once access to the purchased indicator has been activated, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.

Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions, compatibility requirements, pricing, subscription duration, and access conditions before completing payment.

Refunds or remedies may be available where required by law, including where applicable statutory rights arise from defective products or services, non-delivery, misrepresentation, or other legally recognized grounds.

If payment has been completed but access has not yet been activated, customers may contact our support team to request a review. Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund for access already provided.

Any automatic renewal can be cancelled in accordance with the cancellation process and terms disclosed at purchase. Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information.
• Keep account credentials secure.
• Use products only for authorized purposes.
• Comply with applicable laws and third-party platform terms.
• Avoid sharing restricted subscription access.
• Refrain from unauthorized resale, distribution, or modification of our software.

We may investigate suspected misuse and suspend access where reasonably necessary and legally permitted.

9. TradingView and Third-Party Platforms

Certain Alpha Gorilla products operate through TradingView or other third-party technology platforms. Customers may need an appropriate account, internet connection, or compatible device to use these products.

Third-party service interruptions, policy changes, technical restrictions, or account limitations may affect product availability. We will take reasonable steps to address issues within our control, subject to applicable consumer rights.

10. Online Education and Training

Our online classes and educational programs are intended to improve general trading knowledge and technical analysis skills. Educational content may include trading strategies, market structure, risk management, and technical analysis.

Attendance or participation does not guarantee trading competence, profitability, or financial success. Training schedules, topics, instructors, and delivery methods may change with reasonable notice.

11. WhatsApp Customer Support and AI Automation

Alpha Gorilla Trading may use WhatsApp Business Platform and automated workflows to provide customer service. We may introduce AI-assisted chatbot functionality to answer enquiries and support administrative processes.

Where AI assistance is deployed, customers should understand that automated responses may be inaccurate or incomplete.

AI chatbot responses are not personalized financial advice and must not be treated as instructions to execute trades. Customers may request human assistance when available.

12. Intellectual Property

All original Alpha Gorilla Trading indicators, software, branding, designs, educational materials, website content, and related intellectual property are owned by POLARIZ TECHNOLOGY or their respective licensors.

Purchasing a subscription grants the customer a limited right to access or use the relevant product according to the purchased plan. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying software, source code, intellectual property, or trademarks.

Unauthorized copying, distribution, resale, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation is prohibited to the extent permitted by law.

13. Partner and Referral Programs

Participation in any Alpha Gorilla Trading partner, affiliate, or referral program is subject to separate program terms. Commission rates, eligibility requirements, payout arrangements, and participation conditions may vary by program.

Participation does not guarantee income or establish an employment relationship. Partners must not make misleading claims about products, trading profitability, or guaranteed returns.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary due to:

• Material violations of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or unlawful activities.
• Unauthorized distribution or misuse of our products.
• Security threats.
• Failure to meet clearly disclosed payment or access conditions.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice, an opportunity to resolve the issue, or applicable remedies.

15. Service Availability

We aim to maintain reliable access to our products and services. However, interruptions may occur due to maintenance, network issues, technical failures, third-party platform outages, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Nothing in these Terms removes any applicable statutory rights relating to service quality or remedies.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, POLARIZ TECHNOLOGY is not responsible for financial trading losses resulting from customers' independent trading decisions or reliance on general educational information.

Any limitation of liability under these Terms is subject to applicable Malaysian law and does not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

17. Privacy and Personal Data

Personal data collected through our website, subscriptions, registration forms, and customer support services is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Malaysia. Disputes will be handled in accordance with Malaysian law and the jurisdiction of competent courts, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protections.
